It has been a tough time for contractors and tradesmen on Cape Cod these past years. Some could not hang on, and had to close, businesses that have been in operation for decades closed. I was born on the Cape and have seen several cycles of this, and yes this is the worst, but I feel things are turning around, a new year brings new hope, ideas, and resolutions.

I know Realty Development Associates which builds custom modular homes, opened a new model home in Norton in 2009, they have a model home in Sagamore also.  What good news or signs have you seen?
